The shown selling price includes all fees Cleverbridge charges for products and services, and delivery thereof by Cleverbridge.

Additional third party fees may apply:

Banks or payment providers may charge additional fees, such as banking- or transaction fees. Internet- or telecommunication service providers may charge connection fees and/or similar charges.

Cleverbridge has no control over additional third party fees.

The following payment methods are offered on cart.webroot.com through Cleverbridge:

• Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express)
• Wire Transfer
• PayPal

Delivery times for goods and services depend on the selected payment method:

• Purchases of electronic goods made with Credit Cards (JCB, VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal are generally fulfilled within one (1) hour after the payment has been completed.
• Purchases of electronic goods made with Wire Transfer are generally fulfilled within ten (10) business days after payment has been completed.

Physical goods (such as backup CDs or DVDs) are generally sent from Cleverbridge locations outside of Japan and can take up to fourteen (14) business days until delivery.

Electronic goods and services are generally not returnable; Backup CDs and DVDs are individually manufactured to order and are also not returnable.

If Cleverbridge, without having the obligation to do so, decides in its sole discretion to accept a return and issue a refund, it will handle such refunds generally as follows:

• Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) payments may be refunded within three (3) business days;
• Wire Transfer payments may be refunded within ten (10) business days; and
• PayPal payments may be refunded within one (1) business day within an active PayPal account.
